Important Announcement from Rainbow
Dear Valued Customers and Supporters,
We want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt apologies
for the recent delays in fulfilling orders and responding in a timely manner.
Over the past few months, our small business has been navigating unexpected and
serious family health issues that have deeply impacted our ability to operate.
At Rainbow Metals, we take immense pride in our
craftsmanship, reliability, and commitment to you — our community. It’s been
incredibly difficult for us not to meet the standards we hold ourselves to, and
we are truly sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.
To be transparent, all unfulfilled orders placed before
June 5, 2025, have been cancelled and fully refunded, including custom
buckles, custom plaques, and stock items. If you believe you haven’t received
your refund or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We’re not shutting down — you can still place Stock
Orders moving forward. While we’ve made the tough decision to temporarily
suspend all custom orders, we are still actively accepting orders for our
Stock Designs.
What’s Next:
Stock
Orders — You can still place these orders, though all will be
fulfilled on a backorder basis.
Wholesale
Orders — We continue to accept wholesale Stock Design orders
from both new and current wholesale customers. These too will be fulfilled
on a backorder basis.
We are targeting July or August 2025 to resume operations
for Stock Orders and will keep you updated as we make progress.
